Le Gouvernement wallon est parvenu \u00e0 un accord budg\u00e9taire pr\u00e9voyant une mesure importante en faveur des v\u00e9hicules historiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de la conf\u00e9rence de presse du lundi 12 octobre 2026, vers 10h30, l&rsquo;accord budg\u00e9taire du Gouvernement wallon a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sous la direction du Ministre-Pr\u00e9sident et Ministre du Budget Adrien Dolimont (MR).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\">Fran\u00e7ois Desquesnes (Les Engag\u00e9s), Vice-Pr\u00e9sident du Gouvernement wallon et Ministre de la Mobilit\u00e9 et des Infrastructures, est \u00e9galement \u00e9troitement associ\u00e9 \u00e0 ce dossier en tant que ministre comp\u00e9tent en mati\u00e8re de fiscalit\u00e9 automobile.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\">Selon l&rsquo;accord conclu, la taxe de circulation annuelle sera supprim\u00e9e pour les v\u00e9hicules historiques immatricul\u00e9s sous plaque O. Cette d\u00e9cision repr\u00e9sente un all\u00e8gement financier important pour les propri\u00e9taires de v\u00e9hicules historiques en Wallonie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\">Le Gouvernement wallon justifie cette d\u00e9cision par la reconnaissance des v\u00e9hicules historiques en tant que patrimoine mobilier. C&rsquo;est dans cette logique patrimoniale que les v\u00e9hicules historiques immatricul\u00e9s sous plaque O seront exclus du champ d&rsquo;application de la taxe de circulation. Cette approche tient compte de leur caract\u00e8re particulier et de leur r\u00f4le dans la pr\u00e9servation de notre patrimoine historique mobile.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\">La vignette routi\u00e8re pr\u00e9vue sera toutefois maintenue. Les v\u00e9hicules historiques resteront donc \u00e9galement soumis \u00e0 cette nouvelle taxe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7 wp-block-paragraph\">La BEHVA accueille favorablement cette d\u00e9cision, qui constitue une reconnaissance importante de la valeur patrimoniale des v\u00e9hicules historiques.
