Leeftijd Oldtimer<\/h2>\n

Nadat de verschillende regionale regeringen de leeftijd van 30 jaar hebben ingevoerd in de reglementering betreffende de technische keuring en de fiscaliteit, heeft BEHVA eveneens gevraagd om de leeftijd om een O-plaat te bekomen ook aan te passen van 25 naar 30 jaar.<\/p>\n

Dit werd doorgevoerd in de nationale wetgeving voor alle voertuigen, maar niet voor de gemotoriseerde twee- en driewielers, waar de leeftijd, nog steeds 25 jaar is om een O-plaat te bekomen\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Een voertuig van historisch belang is, volgens de Europese definitie elk voertuig dat aan alle volgende voorwaarden voldoet :<\/p>\n

\u2014 het is ten minste dertig jaar geleden vervaardigd of voor het eerst ingeschreven<\/p>\n

\u2014 het specifieke voertuigtype, zoals omschreven in het relevante Unie- of nationale recht, wordt niet langer geproduceerd<\/p>\n

\u2014 het is historisch bewaard gebleven en in de oorspronkelijke staat behouden en de technische kenmerken van de hoofdonderdelen hebben geen veranderingen\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 ondergaan<\/span><\/p>\n
