125cc<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sinds\u00a001 januari 2023 is er voor de gemotoriseerde twee- en driewielers vanaf 126cc een <strong>verplichte keuring.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offici\u00eble website Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mobilite-mobiliteit.brussels\/nl\/zich-verplaatsen\/auto-moto\/autokeuring\">https:\/\/mobilite-mobiliteit.brussels\/nl\/zich-verplaatsen\/auto-moto\/autokeuring<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wetgeving \u2013 richtlijn op 01.01.2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De wettelijke richtlijnen voor de keuring staan beschreven in de nieuwe instructie die onderaan deze pagina kan gedownload worden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voorwaarden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De keuring is van toepassing op<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>motorfietsen, driewielers en vierwielers met een verbrandingsmotor met een cilinderinhoud van meer dan 125 cc,<\/li>\n<li>elektrische of hybride motorfietsen met een maximumvermogen groter dan 11 kilowatt \u00e9n een maximumsnelheid hoger dan 45 kilometer per uur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lichtere motorfietsen moeten vooralsnog niet naar de keuring.<\/p>\n<p>En dit enkel bij een tweedehandsverkoop of na ongeval.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>FAQ<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hieronder vindt u de meest relevante antwoorden en\/of shortlinks op de meest gestelde vragen<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie moet naar de keuring gaan, de verkoper of de koper?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bij oldtimers zal meestal de koper naar de keuring gaan omdat deze zal moeten kiezen tussen een oldtimer- of een gewone inschrijving.\u00a0 Maar de verkoper mag eveneens naar de keuring gaan voor verkoop.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ik heb momenteel een motorfiets ingeschreven op mijn naam met hetzij een gele-, Europese of O-nummerplaat, moet ik naar de keuring gaan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neen, de reeds ingeschreven voertuigen dienen zich niet opnieuw aan te bieden bij de keuring.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ik heb een motorfiets met een oud Belgisch of buitenlands inschrijvingsbewijs op naam de persoon van wie ik de motorfiets destijds gekocht heb en wil deze inschrijven op mijn naam, moet ik naar de keuring gaan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja, het gaat hier om keuring voor inschrijving op uw naam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ik heb een motorfiets voor onderdelen en wil deze verkopen, moet ik naar de keuring gaan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neen, je mag deze verkopen voor onderdelen of om te restaureren zonder naar de keuring te gaan, de nieuwe eigenaar zal, van zodra hij deze rijvaardig gemaakt heeft en op zijn naam wenst in te schrijven naar de keuring moeten gaan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ik heb een motorfiets zonder documenten, kan ik deze aanbieden bij de keuring?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neen, je zal eerst het voertuig moeten regulariseren via het typedossier van de BEHVA alvorens naar de keuring te kunnen gaan.<\/p>\n<p>Procedure zie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.behva.be\/nl\/verlies-van-de-boorddocumenten\/?lang=nl\">https:\/\/www.behva.be\/nl\/verlies-van-de-boorddocumenten\/?lang=nl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krijg ik een oproeping om met mijn motorfiets naar de keuring te gaan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neen want het is geen periodieke keuring, maar enkel een tweedehandskeuring of een keuring na ongeval.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat bedoelt men met een keuring na ongeval?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bij een zwaar ongeval, kan de tussenkomende expert beslissen om een voertuig te laten keuren na ongeval, alvorens dit opnieuw als rijvaardig beschouwt wordt.\u00a0 Gelukkiglijk zijn dergelijke ongevallen bij oldtimers zo goed als onbestaande.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eens naar de keuring geweest, hoe kan ik deze dan inschrijven op mijn naam?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U ontvangt bij de keuring een roos aanvraagformulier.\u00a0 Dit zal u overhandigen aan uw verzekeringsmakelaar die de nummerplaat zal aanvragen.\u00a0 De nummerplaat wordt geleverd door bpost en u betaalt 30 EUR aan de postbode.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat is de kostprijs van deze keuring?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De kostprijs voor deze keuring bedraagt 48,10 EUR vermeerderd met 4,90 voor het roze formulier aanvraag tot inschrijving.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kan ik in elk keuringstation terecht voor deze keuring?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De motorfietskeuring zal steeds op afspraak gebeuren, via de website of via het callcenter van de keuringsondernemingen.<\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Met welke nummerplaat dient de motorfiets voorgereden te worden?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Er moet tijdens de keuring altijd een kentekenplaat op het voertuig hangen, zelfs al wordt het voertuig op een aanhangwagen naar het keuringscentrum gebracht. De verschillende mogelijkheden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De laatste kentekenplaat waarmee het voertuig is ingeschreven (dat mag ook een tijdelijke plaat zijn zoals de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mobilit.belgium.be\/nl\/weg\/inschrijven-en-schrappen\/de-nationale-kentekenplaat\">nationale plaat<\/a>\u00a0of een transitplaat)<\/li>\n<li>Een handelaarsplaat of beroepsplaat<\/li>\n<li>Een kentekenplaat die op naam staat van de toekomstige eigenaar. Het roze formulier \u201caanvraag tot inschrijving van een voertuig\u201d wordt ingevuld op dezelfde titularis als die van de gebruikte plaat. Naast het kentekenbewijs van het tweedehandsvoertuig, moet ook het kentekenbewijs van de gebruikte plaat voorgelegd worden bij de tweedehandskeuring. Informeer u bij uw verzekeraar vooraleer u een andere kentekenplaat op het voertuig hangt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u200d<strong>Welke documenten dien ik voor te leggen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het laatste kentekenbewijs. Als het kentekenbewijs uit twee delen bestaat, dan moeten deel I (auto) en deel II (huis) bij een tweedehandskeuring en deel I (auto) bij een keuring na ongeval worden voorgelegd.<\/li>\n<li>Het goedkeuringscertificaat (verplicht voor voertuigen voor het eerst ingeschreven vanaf 1 januari 1975).
